A dream home for dream cars. Our brief: Create a showroom garage for our client’s stunning car collection, then renovate their house to the same showpiece standard.
The result is a sleek, black, minimalist garage befitting the iconic marques within.
Concept Design by Chris Rowlands of Rad Studio, this striking Scandinavian farmhouse style on the outside: black bricks, black Alucobond, unquestionable kerb appeal. Exquisite, monochrome art-gallery chic on the inside, complete with mezzanine man-cave retreat and bar: white walls, floor-to-ceiling glass, bespoke freestanding stairs.
A glass walkway connects the new two-storey garage to the main residence, where we were engaged to apply the same design intent, elegant monochrome aesthetic and quality to the existing building.
We reimagined and renovated the home, converting the original garage into a cross-fit gym and elevating the entire interior from the ordinary to the extraordinary, hitting our client’s design brief – missed by their original builder – in the process.
Now, from the new formal entry and sitting room to the luxuriously appointed bathrooms, from the feature dropped ceiling to the parquet floors, our clients have a showstopping home for themselves and their cars. A home that meets their design expectations and fulfils their lifestyle aspirations.
