Our team engaged with the clients to create a design that would reflect their brief resulting in a home with a contemporary edge. In the true spirit of Genworth this modern residence will endure the test of time both architecturally and structurally . Comprising of a generous and welcoming entrance with a wide light filled hallway, this home exudes sophistication. A spacious above ground wine room was incorporated into the design including a highly functional outdoor entertaining area to compliment the ultimate host. The monochrome pallet is highlighted by contrast through the use of the central steel doors including extensive joinery evident throughout the home.
