Tired and unadorned, this dated office building was calling for rejuvenation. Working with the building’s simple lines and floor layout, Genworth designed and constructed a new fit out, façade and entry lobby. Key to the revitalised buildings allure is the Alucobond clad façade with its feature expressed joints highlighted by the bold stainless steel downpipes. The result is a sleek and stylish building, unrecognisable from its prior appearance.
