Genworth Group took on the task of transforming the structure previously known as the Women’s Temperance Union Building on Hutt Street. It was in need of substantial upgrading and furthermore needed to expand the size of its accommodation in a more modern form which still respected and complimented the existing structure. The collaborative effort between the design and construction team at Genworth resulted in an outstanding development of monumental appeal.
